My repair took an absurd amount of time to complete. Parts were broken on my car (windshield) and I wasn't told until I called several times for updates and asked explicitly for more detail. Customer service was appalling. I didn't received daily updates until 2 weeks into the repair process. The updates I received were vague and incomplete. The shop and Geico rep did not communicate with each other making the partnership between the two pointless. This was my first interaction with any Craft-owned business and I don't plan to deal with the company in the future.

The repairs took much longer than expected. The predicted completion date was initially May 27 or possibly May 31. We actually got it back June 7. Geico agent was difficult to reach. Voicemail was full, and did not respond to email. When we came to pick up the Jeep, we discovered during inspection with your representative that all work had not been completed. We had to leave the Jeep there and make another trip to pick it up later.
