Quality of workmanship and service was great however there were some details that I felt were overlooked. The interior of my car was a mess when I went to pick it up; this is not how I had dropped it off. I had to bring my car back immediately because it was pulling to the right. After spending another weekend there, the pull was reduced but said it would still pull a bit because my rear brakes needed to be done. It was actually because the tire pressure in my front tires was drastically different. Lastly, though a small detail, the wheel that was replaced does not have the center logo cap like it should.

Abra Auto Body of Newtown Square was a dream to work with. The whole team is very friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. Customer service is a priority for these folks and I greatly appreciated it. I had a car break-in 5 months prior to my most recent incident and I went back to this location because of the way they run their shop. I was always kept informed of the repair status and when things took a little longer than excpected they made sure I knew why.
