The experience was not a good one. Originally I was told it would take 3-4 days.
On the 4th day we were told there was a problem with the machine which cures the paint. The next week we were told there was a problem with the molding.I was then told you had to order a new bumper and you had a problem with West Chester Audi. Then to our shock the original estimate which was 976.00 became 3271 which seem outrageous for a small job. So the entire experience was a bad one.To make matters worse I represented Collisionmax for over 25 years and handled the sale to Abra. I called one of the principals at CMax and asked if there should be any problem with Abra doing a bumper on an Audi.He said no and I brought my car in.

Abra appears to have done a sound job with the repair but it took far longer than they promised and when I got my care back about $10 worth of quarters were missing. This is rather disappointing that the folks would think they could simply steal such a paltry amount of money.
