We have used Keenan for two repairs in the past year and both experiences were very positive. The communication and update notices are constant. I never had to prompt a call to find out what the status was. Regardless of who I talked to they were positive and friendly as well as informative!! Even my pick up was a very good experience! Hoping not to be back soon, but in the unfortunate case that I may need auto body services I will not hesitate to go back to Keenan!
