THe window scratches wasn't polished out before I went to pick it up and turns out there is a scratch that needs a nee window. Return trip needed . They damage the face plate to the interior window controls which now needs replacing which was fine before bringing it in for service. They missed a ding in the door from the damage and am pretty sure a scun not there Gregor dropping it off is now on the passagenger side rear fender

I was charged $218 for my rear brakes. Which according to the paperwork was charged to insurance not to me which I paid for through my American Express card. I'll be reporting this tomorrow. Also no one ever went over the car with me I picked it up in a hurry I'll be able to look at it tomorrow during the daylight.

Kevin and his team were thorough, communicative, and efficient with my car repairs. I was in an accident that was not my fault and they made the experience very convenient, especially considering I did not rent a car so I was without a vehicle for a short period of time. Kevin and his team communicated directly with me throughout all steps of the process, he contacted the other party for payment and even got my car to a more convinient location at the Aston store when the repairs were completed so I could easily pick it up. When I picked up my car it was clean, and the repairs were done in an expert fashion. The technicians even entered the code for my battery (which was unrelated to the repair and I was just too lazy to look this up in my owners manual), it's that kind of extra touch that will make me recommend Kevin and his team to anyone I know needing autobody work. Thank you very much to all who were involved in this repair, I really appreciate what you do! You made an unpleasant experience of being in an accident a seamless experience. Thank you again.
