It was my second time I used Abra to repair my car, I was very impressed the first time so I knew to take it back there when I needed repairs. I like the rental service available on the premises. I like the constant text messages updating me on the status of vehicle. It was very appreciated that I did not have to worry nor call for status updates.

Get customer service. Really like the email and texts you receive through out the whole time your car is worked on. The walk through they give you of the process before they start their work. Just got my car back. The damage was pretty extensive. But it looks great and more importantly it is running great so far. Everyone I dealt with was a professional and helpful. The car was less than 2 years old and the last thing you want to be doing is making payments on a car that is no longer the car you purchased but thanks to all who worked on getting me my car back the way it was before the accident, that is no longer a worry to me. My only complaint is that there were some broken parts accidently left in my trunk. But other than that minor inconvenience I am very happy with my car.
