Everyone was wonderful! Friendly, professional and caring. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, with the exception of maybe not being rear ended twice in less than a week and having both drivers be totally irresponsible.

Quick and timely turn around. Took my car in to replace the rear bumper. When the job was complete the car was returned to me with the interior cleaned and any loose personal items were found neatly packed in a bag in the back seat. The repair was done well and paint was great. Good job, guys. Would highly recommend.

I had my Porsche repaired there and I thought they did a great job in fact I thought when I got the car back it was detailed and they repaired a few minor things at n/c which was great.
This time I felt it was a different experience I asked for an estimate to possibly do so additional work since the car was already there when I got there it looked like someone took some whiteout and touched up the scratch I wanted the estimate for.
Poor!
Got the estimate upon arrival not before now if I want the work done I have to make an extra trip.

One question i have. When i first started my vehicle it sounded strange so i turned it off but not before seeing a message about the transmission going across the display screen. I didn't catch all the message but when i restarted the vehicle there was no message and I've had no trouble with the vehicle since the return. Just wanted to make you aware and to document that experience since i had never seen that type of message before.
