Took a little longer and more cost then anticipated but great work, can't tell it ever got hit.

Did not do all the repairs i authorized done. One repair was a statefarm claim ( this was done)and one was damage not related to that claim that were deep scratches that must have happened in a parking lot and i was going to pay for that. Original estimate was 400.00 done by Dave and when i picked up the car and asked why that repair was not done also his excuse was i see 30/40 cars a day. Find that hard to believe plus i brought my car in on a saturday morning and no other cars in or out while i was there! I think Dave needs to retire if he can't keep up with such a busy business or possibly money is MUCH better with insurance claims and that is your focus!

Mike was great to work with resolving care repairs. He was professional and thorough assessing repairs and managing insurance claim. Car was returned in perfect condition and nicely detailed. There was an issue with reservation when dropping off car but was resolved with some time and discussion. Would be nice to improve office area for more comfort and efficiency receiving customers. Also having someone welcome customers at drive up. Appreciate the fast and great job, thanks. Would use Galloway Collision again and refer to others in need.
