Had the one side of my vehicle completely repainted after the repair I was looking at the new paint and noticed there was a little rust on the inside of one door. I knw it's not part of the repair and wasn't covered under the Insurance but it needed repaired. Now why repaint one side just to leave a little rust under the door. All they need to do was call and ask a question. As much as it cost I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have lost any money doing it for a good price. Not looking for a free hand out I would have paid for it if I knew it was there. Just does not make a much sense to me that's all.

I appreciate that there was a realistic time frame given at the time of the estimate. It helped me with the other plans I needed to make around the repairs, since I was 200 away from home. It was good that it was done early, but got a little tricky because retrieving it involved travel and a rental car, but it all worked out. Thank you!
