I was never notified my car repairs were finished and my car was ready for pick up. I was getting text messages periodically over the course of the repairs. I was sent two messages with two dates in which my car should be done. On the later date I got another message letting me know my car was nearing completion, but nothing more. They let my car sit finished for 2 days without notifying me that it could be picked up. The only reason I found out it was done was enterprise which my rental was though called and said I had to return the rental because the car had been done for two days and the insurance company was not going to pay for the rental further. I went to pick up my car that evening, it was locked inside the building. I had to take the rental home for an additional night because of this. Therefore having to pay out of pocket for a days worth of rent for the car. Very terrible communication. It cost me money I should have never been responsible to pay!
