Communication was terrible. Took a month to fix my car, originally told it would be 2 weeks. Was told employees lost pieces to my vehicle which was part of the delay. Thst isn't reassuring! When I was finally able to pick up my car, the lug nuts weren't completely tightened on one wheel. Good thing I noticed!! I'm really disappointed, thought Toyota had better professionalism.

The whole team was very helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and the whole time they had a great attitude. I have had REALLY bad experiences with repair shops so I do ask ALOT of questions. They were very understanding, knowledgeable, and just plain nice, even when I asked to see the old parts!!! I am definitely coming back. I will try the service department next even though it's a bit of a drive. It's worth the time and gas expense for great service with great attitudes. A big thank you to the whole team.
