I found the entire experience to be very frustrating. I felt that there was absolutely no regard for customer service. My vehicle was in the shop for 6 weeks which left both myself and the insurance adjuster totally perplexed. It was finally admitted to me by Justin in the service department that my vehicle was left sitting because the technician who had been working on the car had been calling out. Russell Colission is purportedly one of Geico's preferred vendors and I have every intention of sharing my experience with them. If every customer you have is treated in the same manner as we were treated, I'm surprised you are still in business.
