I was told the job would take two weeks. I didn't want a rush job, but it took four weeks. When I arrived there was tape residue on the car, damage to a part on the driver door, around the window, and the black step strip was missing from the bumper. The left fender chip locations were painted without being filled. I was called and informed the job was completed. The work was not complete when I arrived. I was told they would complete the job but I had to pay the full agreed amount before I could have the car. I asked the manager for the rational for this statement. He had none. I offered to pay half up front and the balance when the work is completed.

Overall I was satisfied, but I paid for an additional tire for my truck and I wanted my additional tire as a spare tire to be returned to me. I was told it was taken by someone by mistake. That should not happen when I paid for a new tire and nothing was wrong with the tire I took off the car. I simply wanted even tread on both tires in the back
