The staff was super friendly exspecially the receptionist Donna. Tammi also did a great job keeping me updated on my car . When I picked up the car it was clean and the car never looked like it was on an accident . At first I was a little reluctant to take my car to a Toyota dealer but now I know I made the right choice. The actual body work that was done was fine, and the repair looks great. I was disappointed at the condition the car was returned. The outside was covered in dust and the inside was just as bad. I had to spend an hour cleaning the inside out top to bottom. And right now I can’t clean the outside due to the new paint job. I’ve had other body work done on other cars at other shops and have never received my car back in this condition.

The driver seat was sprayed with paint. It wasn't covered up or protected during the rust repair. You can clearly see the span of paint speckles on the seat and baseboard.
