It's a lot things missing the door guards,and clips for avoid vibration, clips to hold black rubber around the doors, the handle door is not paint, I give my car with a full tank of gas and I got it back with just enough to go to gas station... the inside of the vehicle is dusty and dashboard grease and so on... WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THE JOB.???

Overall I am satisfied with the quality of the work performed; however, it took a ridiculously long time. I understand it was over the holidays, but three weeks to replace a rear bumper is unacceptable. Also, the updates were extremely sparse so I had to constantly call for information. While everyone I spoke with was extremely courteous, there seemed to be a lot of confusion about the status of my vehicle. I was told conflicting information depending on who I spoke with. A service rep told me that the painting was complete and it just needed to be put back together and two weeks later I was told that they were having trouble matching the paint. It was confusing and frustrating because I felt like I either wasn't getting the full story or no one really knew the actual status.
