My car, a 2017 Rav 4 that was barely 3 months old when it was hit in a parking lot, looks terrific so thanks to the repair/maintenance department too. The team was wonderful! They explained the end to end process and met every promised date. I had to commute from D.C. and would not make it there by 6pm. The young woman stayed an extra 15 minutes so I could get my car. I really appreciated that.
