The work was great. The only problem was that the car smells like cigarette smoke (which I am moderately allergic to). I coughed all the way to work. I would have expected not to have to smell the smoke from a shop with such a great reputation. I had to put in a new air freshener in hopes that it will remove the odor.

Quality and professionalism of experience was unparalleled. From the moment we walked into the lobby, to the moment we drove away with our repaired Highlander, everything exceeded our expectations. Office staff are thoughtful, courteous and really know their job, and the business. The team in the garage are nothing less than magicians! Repairs were flawless, paint and body work did more than fix the damage, it "transformed" a 10 year old SUV! This is our third experience and they just keep getting better. It truely takes away a lot of the mental and emotional stress of being in an accident knowing that the work will be this caliber and the personal treatment will be so good.
