Fast and friendly. They had us taken care of the first day with what needed to be done and keys to a rental car in less than 30 minutes. Rudy and Kevin (from enterprise )were so friendly and kind. It was great to be able to take care of our needs in one place. We were kept updated continually. Our car was fixed so fast and it looks amazing. It is the best customer service we have experienced any where. We will recommend Service king and Enterprise to our friends and if the need arises would use you again

Rudy took care of my vehicle and was professional and thorough. I definitely appreciated the updates and time he took to explain everything to me. However when I went to pick up my car, the receptionist/cashier was very unfriendly and unprofessional. She did not introduce the business, herself and did not smile. I felt as if I were more of a distraction to her day. She also didn't mention anything regarding a survey or discussed the packet handed to me. She just handed the packet over and said Rudy would greet me outside.
