Broken pieces were put back on my car, paint on my windows that was supposed removed and wasn’t, missing pieces, impact not fixed correctly which is causing problems with my sensors and cameras. I’m so disappointed in the repair I want to buy a new car. I searched long and hard for this car as I didn’t want one that had been in an accident so I could avoid having a car that was repaired like this.

Mike Harrison and the team did a great job. The repair came out great! You wouldn’t know it was repaired. I had to bring the truck back because the tailgate wouldn’t open. It turned out to be the Bedliner and had nothing to do with the work Moody’s did. They fixed the problem even though it wasn’t their fault. I am a very happy customer..

From the start of the process, everyone was kind, helpful, and timely.
The only thing I noticed that didn't get done was checking a particular part of the car, but when I called to ask about it, the team was incredibly helpful, and scheduled another appointment as soon as possible to check and repair the item.
