The repair seemed to be ok except for the previously working window that didn't work afterwards. The most irritating aspect was dealing with the woman who answered the phone. I asked her to note which phone was best to reach me by and also asked her to change the text notifications over to my new cell number. She didn't do either. When I came in to pay, the level of perfume was such that I couldn't stay in the office to deal with the subsequent problems. I paid for the repairs with my debit card and credit card. Both cards were charged multiple times, most likely due to you not having a dedicated line for your card machine. I still can't use my credit card because of the multiple charges. The problem with my debit card was resolved after 45 minutes, most of which was USAA talking to your bookkeeper. I wasn't able to stay in the office to help resolve the issue due to the perfume. It took two days for me to recover from being exposed to the perfume.

The staff was very professional and did a wonderful job communicating the status of the vehicle to me. They were efficient and thorough in their work. Thank you!

I loved it but I wish the paint could have been done a little better, My husband had bought new mirrors and when I was looking over my truck I was told they didn't work and I have to go through the the place I had ordered them from, to see what I can do to fix them. My tailgate also needs to be fixed still, they had replaced it with a new one my husband had purchased, the body paint and the mirrors are my husbands biggest concern.
