Amber in the Collision Department is the absolute best! From the time I dropped off my car until I picked it up her customer service was top notch! I will definitely highly recommend Richard Chevrolet in Cheshire in the future!

Communication with the emails is cool. Seeing progress is a good thing. I did ask for some extra work to be done while the car was in the shop. However I had to follow up 3 times because either they forgot or no one communicated with me. Overall I am satisfied.
Car rental was fantastic in every aspect. Except they tried to charge me for gas when they gave me the car with half a tank.
