Jerry went above and beyond the call of duty! Lexus in Richmond forgot to "reset" the oil maintenance on my vehicle, Jerry had his guys reset it for me, so I didn't have to drive to Lexus to have it done. He's just a wonderful person!

Everything went very smoothly. From the time I arrived at the dealership until the time I left Enterprise with my rental took less than an hour. This was important because I needed to get to a funeral in another county ASAP. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, actually a day earlier than I expected, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. I had work done on my car at Town & Country years ago due to a previous claim, and so I was confident in bringing my car back there again for repairs. Good job again! I am pleased and happy that my car is safely driveable again!
