Jerry did a great job guiding me through the claims process with my insurance company. He helped me get the claim switched to comprehensive, lowering my deductible. He also gave me all the steps I would need to take & made sure they had my rental lined up before dropping off my car.
I also appreciate the interior & exterior wash. The inside of my car hasn't been this clean in months!
