The staff is professional and friendly. Other shops wouldn’t even see my care until June and Sunset got my parts and handled my repairs quickly.

I prefer that I not be contacted by a representative. The repairs were fine, which is the main thing. The concern is lack of communication (nearly all communication was initiated by me) and slow response time. Otherwise, all was well.
