Job was completed in a timely manner, plus the work looks really great. Justin was very easy to work with and kept in touch with me throughout the week advising me of any delays and why. Would definitely recommend and use Lnow Ford again.

The people were nice. Unfortunately when I had my father make sure everything was taken care of as far as what they said they did and what they should have done, it wasn't done. They wrote that they painted the whole trunk minus the spoiler, and charged for it but clearly wasn't done and when they buffed the front of trunk they hit the side part of the car with it now there isn't any paint on it. The said they had to replace the rear body panel because it was damaged which it clearly is but they clearly didn't replace it, I have pictures showing so and they said they painted it with clear but they didn't even replace it. I don't know if it was because I'm a female and they thought I wouldn't look but I was upset because of that. Like they want to walk all over me. And it looks like they scratched the back door on left side. :(
