I was amazed at my experience at Mid City! The staff were not only professional but also very kind. They went out of their way to help make my experience a positive one. When Enterptise notifies me and another customer that they were going to be late picking us up the staff arranged for our transportation to enterprise. We were updated on the progress of our vehicle repairs. The work completed was spot on! It looks great! Then I got into my car to leave. I had not said anything to anyone there but I have neuropathy and cold makes my skin hurt so bad! Normally I do not clean my car all winter until the warmth comes in mid Spring. I sat in my car and noticed right off the bat that not only had the staff showed great kindness by transporting me to get a rental car, did a great job on fixing my car but they also took time to clean my car! I couldn’t believe it! We will definitely use and recommend Mid City again!!
