repair damage looks good. not sure if seat belt was installed right cause it doesn't adjust. also wish I took pictures of rest of truck before repairs,cause have a scratch on tailgate that I'm 99% sure wasn't there before it went into repair shop. will remember to take pictures of whole vehicle if I have any repairs in future

From drop off to pick up was fine, but when picked up, it was "here is your keys, bye". There was tape residue on the top, ****/4 inch of sanding dust in the door jam, over spray on the windows, and the vehicle smells strongly of poly thinner.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! They went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did they replace and paint my damaged tailgate, they washed my entire truck and vacuumed it out. Also, my key fob wasn’t working when I dropped my truck off (and it wasn’t a dead battery because I’d already changed that) but was when I picked it up. I assume they fixed that too. This shop is the best in Sumter!!
