****. I had to call Tuesday afternoon to get status update on when car would be ready. 2. Antennae was sitting in front seat Thursday morning @ 9 am. Car was available for pickup Wed after 4 pm. 3. My son picked up the car Thurs. I forgot To tell him to go to the service department. Instead, he wentTo the body shop stood in the lobby and was totally ignored by everybody. Someone finally told him he needed to go to the service department. Not very attentive nor personal approach to my son.
