You kept us constantly in the loop. We didn’t have to call once
to get a status update. We knew moment to moment
what you were doing and when it would be finished.
When completed the quality of the workmanship was pure perfection!
Incidentally the car was an embarrassing cluttered mess inside when we brought
In, but when we picked it up it not only looked like new on the ouside but
like new on the inside as well with our personal effects stacked neatly in the
trunk— totally unexpected!

The radio on a 2006 Honda Accord has a security shut-off when the power is dis-connected. **** Hanna didn't tell us that. Took 4-hours of my time to research the problem and fix it. I called **** Hanna 3 days ago and no return calls. The car was delivered (customer pickup)with all of the shop grime over all of the car except the areas repaired. The shop was closed when I arrived to pickup the car 2:30 P.M. I made them reopen. I had to insist that the damage appraiser follow me to examine the car. The appraiser told me of several things they did, "extra". I'm still looking for the rest of the unfinished or replaced cables that worked before the car went into the Hanna
Shop. I am Very Disappointed with the work!

I would have liked to have a better explanation of the payment process. I received a confusing message making me think that would have a balance to pay. However I did not have a balance. It sent me into a panic. My vehicle looks amazing and I was happy with the work done other than that confusion.
