Absolutely terrible experience. My vehicle wasn't taken care of and your shop made more damage to my vehicle than when I dropped it off. Plus, a tool was found in my engine, overheated my car becuase it was lodged blocking the radiator fan. Completely dissatisfied and will not return to your business. I was equally disappointed at the attempts to repair the damage the shop made. I will not recommend your business to anyone.

I stopped at there shop for an estimate got **** then a fee weeks later I dropped it off to have repairs made they kept it 3 or 4 weeks long when I went back to pick it up they gave me the invoice it then was 3 thousand dollars more than the estimate I had I asked why the gal asked me if I had the estimate that was given to me I said it was in the glovebox of the car which I put it there when the worker who drove it to there shop I set that estimate in my glovebox when I went to get it well it was gone I then asked her to pull it from her computer the fellow who made it for me did it there so hiw about go there and get it well all of the sudden none of my stuff wasn't there to be found . . . HUGH . . . Odd so she tells me the **** who gave me the estimate wasn't there and would be calling me...... he calls me asks me about my estimate I explaine to him the same he tells me that estimate he gave me was just for parts not labor....... guess he thought I was an idiot..... when I explained to him I went to a good friend of mine in Dothan Alabama and compared his to my friends and only a few dollars in difference and reason why.im in enterprise vs dothan and I called in advance to see tdd he cost of parts from the Lincoln dealer in Panama City so I know what parts cost anyway no need to keep going on and on Let me finish by saying this This shop did a nice repair on my vehicle They where friendly as well I has an issue with the headlight being way out of adjustment and the timing to turn off the lights was inoperative and I just fixed it myself and the inner wheel well on passenger side had a hole left in it who knows why when the work was all on drivers side I just didn't like them trying to be dishonest when I came to get my car that's the only issue I have them trying to pull shanagains to get extra money from me thinking I was clueless Thanks Dan

My truck was there for 11 days when it was supposed to be for 3. No one knew what was going on. No one called unless I did the calling and then no one could give me answers. I didn’t have a vehicle for 11 days so I wasn’t very happy. When I did pick up my truck the vanity plate bracket was missing. The manager ordered another one, but I had another week to wait. The finished work was good, my stress levels were not. I will never go back and will not recommend you to anyone.
