I had a great experience with Mayfield Collision and would recommend this body shop in the future. However, my experience renting a car through Enterprise while my car was being fixed was not satisfactory. When I picked up my rental, Enterprise asked all the questions and filled out my answers on their IPAD. At the end of all the questions, all I was given was a place to sign. I wasn't informed that the insurance coverage Enterprise was offering was an extra charge. I called and asked about it and was told that I should have read what I was signing. How could I have read anything when he filled out the questions for me?! Next time, I would prefer actual paperwork that I can read or give me the IPAD and let me fill out my own paperwork for my rental. Not a happy customer.

A couple of specific mentions: ****)When there was not an Enterprise rental car on site that was comfortable for me, Jenna arranged for Anthony to drive me to the Enterprise office. Very kind/considerate. 2) When I noticed a "drip" of something on the door handle after getting home following the repairs, it was quickly taken care of when I brought it back in the next day. Would it have been better not to have it in the first place? Yes. But it could happen to anyone, and seeing your exceptional customer service in action was refreshing.
