Outstanding customer service from Gabriel, John, and Jennifer. My vehicle was repaired and it looks great. Bryan Honda collision center placed me the customer first. They even offered to pay for my rental vehicle for a few days but I called the Allstate Corporate office and had them correct their collision adjustment mistakes. Thank You very much.

I received email after email telling me the car would be ready at 4pm on 4/21. Never did that story waver. Well, the car wasn't ready at 4, and the interior still has dusty (foot?) prints on the dash and glove box. Really, Honda. Don't over promise (repeatedly!) then not deliver.
