My repairs took longer than expected due to an employee being out with a death in the family. This is completely understandable but they did not keep me updated so when my text said my car would be ready, I expected it to be ready. They never told me that I should disregard the text and that I would receive a phone call when it was ready for pick up. So I had returned my rental car and went to pick mine up only to find it was not.

4/5, service and people were great. The mirror (of the door that was damaged) was reused with scratches on it instead of replacing it (car was covered under insurance).

I am totally satisfied with the workmanship the collision department performed on my vehicle. I had a rather unpleasant experience with Susan who works in the office though. During a phone conversation she was snippy, curt, and short with me. Very rude. When I picked up my vehicle I called her out on her rudeness and let her know she rubbed me the wrong way. She got very defensive, started yelling at me and became confrontational. At this point Jennifer Ward stepped in. I felt very threatened by Susan at this point. Ms Ward escorted me out of the collision office and Susan once again approached me yelling at me. I realize people have bad days, I get that working with the public is stressful sometimes. I have to say though that Susan way over stepped her boundaries. She failed to help me with a situation that arose, left me to take care of it with the service department and then had the audacity to lose her temper with me when I called her out on her shortcomings.
