Everything was great! Vickie who checked us in was awesome. Very friendly and walked me to where I needed to wait. Kept me informed of the status of my car. I will say tho, that the woman who checked us out when we came to pick up my car, was not friendly, and very curt attitude. My daughter said she did the same to her last nov when we had another car being repaired. Overall Faulkner has been great!!thank you!
