From my first contact with Crown, Michelle made a great impression. She is excellent at making customers feel welcome and valued. She also was excellent at explaining the process ahead and answering questions. The email updates on the progress of the repairs were a big help. And a day after my car was finished, when I went back with a question (which turned out to be totally unrelated to the repairs), the technician Tiago immediately took care of it for me. I feel that my car and I were very well taken care of and I will recommend Crown to others.
