The entire staff was friendly the receptionist,my appraiser and office manager. Friendly environment. The work done on my car was really Good. I would return for future work on my car.

Your request for customer satisfaction feedback is very short and totally ineffective for your quest for improvement. I would suggest a small list of more specific feedback from your customers, satisfied or not. For example, "Were your treated courteous and with respect?", or "Does your vehicle look as good as before the damage?", etc.
My overall impression is one of professional excellence in vehicular repair. I am disappointed that undamaged parts were used, instead of new parts. But I also understand the need to economize your bottom line too.
However, they have my personal recommendation.
