Your shop did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle. The staff was friendly and the repairs were completed in a day and a half, the quote said 5 days so I was very pleased. You washed and cleaned the vehicle above my expectations, however when I got home and opened the back door where the repair was done there were hand prints that were from the sanding dust I presume. Not a big deal but it was the one small detail your staff overlooked. With that said I would give you a 9.9 out of 10 and I will definitely use your shop again if needed. Perfect! Awesome service!

After receiving my vehicle, I noticed multiple imperfection in the paint job to include; scuff marks, different color paint in multiple locations, and a minor bubble on my paint. After bringing this issue up to Margaret (manager) prior to leaving, she was very professional and polite, and ensured me the issue would be addressed by Marthy. She even took pictures with her phone of the issues. Martha on the other hand was very unprofessional, and failed to contact me as he was instructed by Margret. After I received no call, I called and asked to speak with him. After getting on the phone with him, he informed me he was busy assisting other customers. His tone was not that of a professional, or a customer service representative. He pretty much made me feel as if my issue was not worthy of his time because he already received payment. After telling him the issue he told me he only painted the bottom half of my bumper, which was not what I paid for, or what he explained to me at the time of estimate. He told me the he almost 600 repair was expensive because of labor, and the whole bumper had to be repainted. His dishonesty, unprofessional attitude, and lack of attention to detail reflects poorly on himself, and the entire Ostend's auto body. I will be reporting this issue to the better business bureau because speaking to him is worthless.
