My whole experience with the Osteen body shop was as pleasant as possible considering that my 2017 Jaguar with 2000 miles on it was backed into by someone who left no info for them to be contacted! The Osteen crew was excellent about keeping me informed on the their progress both in their work and in their dealings with Jaguar in obtaining the correct parts. I'm also pleased that the work performed looks as good as new and that the price was exactly what was estimated! Osteen is my body shop of choice from now on.

I never knew this shop existed until someone hit my car, and then a co-worker gave me a reference about this body shop. I was told they worked on High end Cars and since I love my car so much it was a no-brainer to choose this shop.
