Poor customer service in several dimensions. I will not use Collision Care again and I will not recommend to others.

Overall the communication was good, but perhaps a little over the top. It was good to know what was happening, but most consumers don't understand the various stages. It may be better to say, we are x% through with the repairs and we are on target to have your vehicle ready on **** date.

I got my car back on Thursday and when I make sharp turns a noise sounding like a horn comes from the right side like something is rubbing wrong! I left a voice message Friday night and tried to drop the car off Saturday (the website states they're open from 9-12 on sat) and they were closed. I left another message Saturday and another message this morning and no one has called me back. I'm very dissatisfied!

This was the very first time I've been in an accident that required this much care and repair. As a first time experience, it was as enjoyable as could be for the kind treatment I received from the staff, especially Steven, and the very informed help I was given by Denise. It was nice getting daily updates as to what stage my car was in, and it took less time than anticipated. My car was so clean when I got inside - which says a lot since I unfortunately hadn't cleaned it in ages! The exterior repair job is seamless - I am extremely pleased and impressed, and will direct my friends to Collision Care if ever they are as unfortunate as myself to get in a wreck. I'm grateful to the staff - all the many who worked on my car that I didn't have the privilege to meet. Many thanks to your whole team & God bless!
