I requested a call with estimate of damages and cost to repair BEFORE repairs were to begin. I never received a call or estimate. When I received a text stating "repairs had begun" I called to complain. I was told by representative that a voicemail message had been left. I stated I'd received no call and had never called to authorize any work to be done. I then had to ask what the damages were and the cost. I intend to complain to my insurer and will never have any work done there again

We had a few minor issues with the repair that are still in the process of being rectified before we can be completely satisfied. There were a few dings and scratches that were missed and still need fixed. We already scheduled to bring our vehicle back in for service to have the issues resolved.

I dropped off a working but damaged car on a Monday. It was not touched until Wednesday. That's two days of rental car I paid for unnecessarily. Plus the weekend it pushed over when you didn't start on Monday. You did pay for the extra day when the repair went over for no explained reason, so that was good. But then I got home and found damage on a door that was not there when I dropped it off. So, I get the privilege of coming back. Thanks for that.

The repair looks good but I asked about my fog light it was never communicated to me if it could or could not be fixed. Initially, I had to wait three days because of false information about who can or cannot give an estimate. Everyone was nice but the communication was unsatisfactory. I did pay my full deductible and my insurance will pay their part but I felt I should have gotten some sort of % off because of the concerns I had as a customer.
