Quality was fine, but the horrible customer service of being told my vehicle “will be done on Friday” for 8 weeks was horrible. I understand that parts were delayed but why I was told that “all the parts were in” since week 3, and several times after was unacceptable. No updates or communication was EVER provided about the delay in parts and I was just told that it “was in paint and body” and will be done on Friday.
