Overcommunication of when the car would be ready- The initial estimation is good enough, then a check in near that estimated date would be fine. After that- just call when it's totally done. Also, my husband is rather unsatisfied with the quality of the paint job.

There was a dime sized chip in my windshield when my car was taken to the shop that had not moved for over 3 months and when I received my car back the chip had spread into a crack longer than my hand and no one bothered to even tell me.
