My experience at Cushman’s was beyond pleasant and the results were excellent. My car was backed into over the holidays and it left a nasty dent on the side of my car. The insurance company recommended Cushmans and said that it would be easier to deal with the rental because enterprise is there as well. I dropped my car off to them on Monday, on Tuesday Brandon called to give me an update on the status but I missed the call. So I received a text saying that my car’s repairs would be complete and ready for pick up the following week’s Friday, which was fine with me because the rental was lovely. But instead that Thursday afternoon, 3 days after dropping it off, I got another call from Brandon stating that his team worked really diligently and fast and was already finished with the job and my car was ready for pick up. It looks like I was never hit to begin with, so satisfied.

The work was excellent, good as new. The only strange thing is usaa's automated system that notifies me of the progress. On the day it was finished, I got a notification that morning saying the car was 52% complete, and would be done on the 25th. 4 hours later I was notified it was complete and ready for pickup (on the 12th). since the insurance company was covering the rental, I had until 9 a. M. The next day to pick up my car and drop off the rental, or I would end up paying for more days with the Rent-A-Car. With the information from that morning, I could have made plans and scheduled work that would have kept me from picking it up on time, incurring charges. That isn't exactly fair to me. Luckily my work was flexible, and I was able to pick it up.
