I was treated with such respect from the minute I walked in the door. Brandon Cushman was kind, considerate and couldn't have treated me any kinder if I were his own mother. I really appreciated that Cushman's made me feel that I, as a customer, was important to them. It started with the personal involvement with Mr. Cushman performing the estimate with me tagging along. It continued with text messages and phone calls updating me on the progress. And finally with Mr. Cushman being there as I inspected the car when the repairs were complete. The Customer service representative at the front desk made sure I understood all the paperwork and warranty terms as well. Their professionalism is outstanding. On top of that they don't let being professional overshadow creating a friendly personal experience. Top notch and HIGHLY recommended!
