The claims and inspection report indicates that my impact bar and hitch assembly would be removed and replaced however that was not done. Also the clips holding my bumper onto the impact bar have fallen out. I'll look forward to a call to schedule the completion of the job promised.

Your staff, particularly Brandon, made the entire process extremely easy and stress-free. It's stressful enough after a car accident, but Cushman's handled everything. Brandon gave me constant updates and let me know everything that was going on during the repair process. Everyone I came in contact was extremely friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I don't want to go back to Cushman's under the same circumstances, but I'll happily refer them to anyone I know who needs body work.
