In the past I have had notifications when parts arrive and when I should be dropping the car off. This time I did not get any. Also, it was a problem that my car was going to be done early but I was notified at the last minute. With my work schedule it is hard for me to leave work early or take off without prior now early early or without prior notice. I was told originally my car would be done on Friday of the same week, then I was told it was going to take longer and be done the next week, but suddenly the night before I was told my car is going to be done tomorrow. I was informed, but at the last minute it was hard for me to race across town and get somebody to Cover for me at work

I was asked if I needed a rental car and I said yes. When I came in to turn in my car to be repaired there was no record that I had requested a rental car. And we had to start from the very beginning. It would've been nice for that to go on a little bit smoother but not a big deal.
