Had paint over spray. Scratches very visible. Vehicle completely dirty. Employee stated vehicle was only dirty because of construction work by road, I then pointed out all the brake dust on the rims to show vehicle was indeed not washed. Pictures were taken to show the same. Also we were called the day before and told vehicle was completed and ready to be picked up. Wife went to pick up and was told they forgot to replace the paint shield on the vehicle so she had to come back 3 hours later. Not a good experience at all

Overall experience was good. Just a couple of areas for improvement:Completion timeline delayed by a couple of weeks, Dirty handprints on console and drivers door. So far, that's all I've found. Everyone was professional, courteous! I've only had my car back 2days but looks and feels like I was never in an accident. My car was made whole! Car rental was very convenient and they were also very professional and courteous! Everything was handled through insurance company. Thank you!!!!

I meant to press Yes but my thumb was faster than my reading. The car was promised by end of Friday and it was done by Thursday. It was a God-send as it relieved my wife's anxiety about not having a car for contingencies. The finished work looks better than new :).
