Said repar would take 3-4 days. It took twice as long not counting weekends and holidays. Front door not right. Gap is off and the door is sprung. No eblems were replace. Awful odor inside car. Very poor communication as I had to call frequently to get a status and another excuse for the delays.

Jimmy Cushman shop was the best! My car looks brand new, as if it was never wrecked. Jimmy’s shop was quick with repairs, professional, and they kept me informed on the repairs throughout the process. I had surgery and Jimmy’s shop worked around delivering my vehicle to me due to my condition. I absolutely loved the experience and would recommend this shop to everyone I encounter. My husband and I have only good things to say about your business. We have came in those doors with deer damage to pole hitting as and was always met with the most awesome service all the way down to the rental car. Everyone was very professional. The adjuster was extremely competent and very responsive about any concerns that we expressed. Periodic updates about repair status were much appreciated and were very timely. Really liked percent completion status. Interface with Enterprise for loaner car was excellent. Did not have to worry about updating them. This was taken care of by Cushman personnel. Overall I was extremely impressed!
