My taillight still has scuffs in it from the collision and I do not have time to let my car sit in a shop for days again unless a loaner/rental vehicle can be provided. I have pictures.

The first time I brought it in it appears that you took the cheap way out in fixing my car. When I picked it up it was half done and I had to argue to get my car back to how it was before the accident. Jon told me marks that wasn't there when I bought the car or brought it in had to be there since it was in an accident. Jon also told me if he painted my car it would devalue my car. But having marks on my car wouldn't devalue it? It ended up costing you more time and money taking the cheap way out then to just fix it right the first time. I value my car and wasn't happy I had to go back and forth with the shop associated with the dealership. I demanded a Honda certified shop and I honestly regret my choice. I was already irritated about my car being hit. And the insurance was cooperative usually they aren't.

I took my vehicle to get fixed on two separate occasions and both times I had to leave it to fix scratches and other details that were caused by the accidents I was involved in. It's an inconvenience when you have no other method of transportation and you expect your vehicle to be ready for pick up. And as a customer I bring up the concern to the estimator and they're hesitant in finding a solution at first. I really hope this improves with time.
