I was originally very dissatisfied because I was told my car would be done within the week and was receiving text messsges the entire time indicating that things were on schedule...that is until it was supposed to be ready so decided to call and was told another week. I was given the excuse that it was my insurance carrier’s fault. I expressed my dissatisfaction to both your service dept as well as my insurance carrier. I was told I could rent a vehicle and was happy to find out in the end that a loaner would be provided. This changed my experience from negative to a positive, it was the right thing to do. Thank you!

The workmanship was horrible- most of the repairs had to be redone. There was no communication about the progress and I never received notification that the car repairs were completed either time. I had to keep calling to check on the status. When I called on 10/18- the girl sale she would check and get back to me, even took my phone number. I never received a return call. I finally called back the next afternoon- after receiving a text thanking me for picking up my car- to find out what was going on. Low & behold it was finished. The entire process was handled professionally. I will not use your shop again and I will certainly let others know about the horrible experience I had.

I will never take my car to your shop again . I asked for a white bumper . Larry called me with the price . I told him good deal do it . He orded a chrome bumper and could not return it . So he just put the chrome bumper on after we discussed what I wanted done . So you guys order the wrong part and somehow that becomes my fault ?? And then instead of making good for your mistake your guy just installs it and basically too bad for me ? I'm shocked that this would happen at such a big shop . im still in shock that I bring you my truck tell you what I want and you just do what you want to do to MY truck ??

The one thing that was upsetting is that I received a text early in am that car was done, but still had not received a call to pick it up at 4pm. When I called was told it could be picked up the next day because adjuster had left for the day. After making complaint known, they allowed me to come and pick up my car before closing.
